How long will it take to receive my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.
Are Frost Buddy products dishwasher safe?
To preserve the vacuum seal and the integrity of the powder-coated finish, we recommend hand washing all of our tumblers and coolers with warm, soapy water.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Frost Buddy products come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
