At Frost Buddy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home cooling solutions. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label to ensure a timely refund.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
